To all the staff at Eltham Care Rest Home, Thank you so much for the great care you are giving to my mother Dianne. Also a Big Thank You for all your hard work making the midwinter lunch a good time. My sister, mum and I really enjoyed it. Compliments to the chefs on a wonderful meal.

My daughter works in healthcare too and she knows when something is wrong. She is happy with how her Grandfather is looked after and how she can freely visit and be with him if need be.

During my wife’s care at Athenree Life, I must say the care she received from your staff has been excellent. Your staff have shown much empathy towards her and we have been assured she was in the best of care.

My visit was last week and it was wonderful. It is really a beautiful home, and the staff are so friendly. Had a good chat with Leah before she gave me a tour. I told Leah I felt Athenree was more like a holiday home for the residents. I would be happy to reside there. I enjoy visiting Sound Care homes as I find them comfortable, welcoming, and home like. The internal decorating is also unique and beautifully done. Staff look happy when you walk through the door and instantly makes me feel at ease. Amazing work as a group. Thank you!

My partner was recently in respite care for six weeks. Both of us were delighted with the level of professionalism shown by staff, from the cleaners to the managers. Problems were addressed as promptly as was practicable. The nursing staff were skilled and managed to get round the residents despite periodic unavoidable staff shortages. The carers were efficient and always ready to help, invariably with a smile and friendly word. The cleaning staff kept the whole building spotless and went the extra mile to ensure that any spills were speedily mopped up and the area sanitised. COVID protocols were in place for the protection of residents. And if this were not enough, the meals supplied were fit for an upmarket hotel - all kudos to the chef! I would be happy to recommend Steele Park to anyone in need of quality residential care.

I would like to thank Kaitlyn, Christine and all the staff at Cambridge Life. I appreciate and feel blessed with the transfer from previous rest home to your warm welcoming care. The rooms are homely and kept in a clean relaxing environment. Kaitlyn, a special thank you to for following up with DSL for the paper work the previous rest home did not complete despite giving them three weeks notice, you saved me from stress and worry. Mum has settled in quickly and feels secure and safe. She is enjoying the activities and loves the way staff are involved. A big shout out to the chef and kitchen staff, mum raves to me about her fresh veges and tasty meals. Caregivers are wonderful and friendly. Super stars! Last but not left out, the handy man who connected her TV and has put a couple of her pictures up. I feel relieved my mum is being looked after. Takes away the worry from me.
